More video games, fewer books at schools?

I have to disagree with this article because now-a-days there trying to invent new tactics to reduce the work of teachers. It's not a bad idea but it isn't practical. I feel that students are fine with the way that they are getting there education. I also have to say that no matter what new things they come up with there will always be reoccurring problems in the class rooms.

Business Ethics

  • Was the developers' behavior ethical?

Personally I do not think that the developers behavior was ethical. I feel it's wrong because they basically took total advantage of an old woman. But at the same time it's not as if there threatened her into selling the land because once the developers purchased the land they can do with it what they want. However i feel that it's wrong and unethical.

  • How can this be avoided in the future?

I think a way that this can be avoided in the future is that the seller should be more aware of the business that their conducting. And also do reaserch on the developers histroy and things of that nature.
